Ingredients suppliers are evaluated qualified and every lot ingredients that in our facility are well controlled.
On-site testing
In-Process quality control tests includes weight, hardness appearance, disintegration and friability. Continous testing are performed to make sure all products achieved specification.
Finished product testing.
QC dept. will evaluated products by all aspects, besides above items, assay, microbeing, heavy metal, Pesticides and Solvent Residues are well controlled.
Stability test
Some ingredients degraded relative fast, Stability test is important to make sure its assay achieved lable claim within shelf life.
